You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sellestic. Images generated using the Service may be used for commercial purposes by the account holder.
Credits are consumed per generated image. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated in your plan. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
