By accessing or using Sellestic (https://sellestic.com and https://app.sellestic.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Sellestic is an AI-powered fashion photography platform. Users upload garment images to generate professional product photos with AI models. You understand that AI-generated output may occasionally have inaccuracies or unexpected results.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sellestic. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may register using your Google account or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain all rights to the garment and product images you upload. By uploading content, you grant Sellestic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive, to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service, or to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights (including trademark, copyright, or right of publicity) or violates these Terms, report it to hello@sellestic.com. We review reports within 7 business days and remove content where appropriate.
Access to generation features requires credits purchased through the platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless stated in your plan.
The Sellestic platform, its original content, features, and functionality are protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Images you generate using the service may be used for commercial purposes by the account holder.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the service or other users.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellestic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any errors or unexpected results from AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
